Training on holidays

once i went to bali for 3 weeks and didn’t train one single time. then i came back to everyday life, started to train again as usual and felt so shitty and weak, so there and then i promised to never do that again. to rest a week from training every now and then is often very good, but longer makes no sense.

so to sweden i brought my TRX and  a teraband. my parents has medicine ball and yoga mat…then you just have to use your fantasy!

a few ideas of summer holiday equipment:

  • a bucket and fill it with water/sand/rocks (use as dumbel/kettlebell)
  • a water can (use as dumbel/kettlebell)
  • a stool (stepups/dips)
  • rocks (throw/lift)
  • banister (hanging shoulder exercises)
